Ann Frances Outreach Foundation

Our mission is to address the root causes of homelessness and provide support for individuals and families in need, including those in danger of becoming homeless or experiencing crisis situations.

We serve primarily Berks, Chester, and Montgomery counties.

Summer Fundraiser

We are excited to announce our summer fundraiser,

a 50/50 Raffle!

Throughout the month of July you can help address housing and food insecurity in our region by purchasing a ticket for a chance to win 50% of the total ticket sales. The remaining 50% goes directly to the Foundation.
