Get to Know us

Kelly Horvat and Kiki Meade founded the Ann Frances Outreach Foundation on May 11th, 2020, after years of helping those in need. They were inspired by a vision from God to start the foundation. Kelly serves as the president and has a background in various community services, including Meals on Wheels and mission work in multiple countries. Kiki is the vice president and has experience in nursing homes, street outreach, and childcare. Both women find joy in helping others, especially those with special needs, and are active members of their church. 

At the Ann Frances Outreach Foundation, we strive to serve the most vulnerable members of our community with love and compassion. 

Our mission is to address the root causes of homelessness and provide support for individuals and families in need, including those in danger of becoming homeless or experiencing crisis situations.
