Every Tuesday evening, rain or shine, we provide a warm, nutritious meal, a listening ear, and essential items such as hygiene kits and clothing in Norristown at the Transportation Center.

Each Thursday evening we provide a meal to the residents at the Pottstown shelter, located in the former Days Inn. 

Through our Community Housing Program, we assist individuals experiencing housing instability find safe, affordable rental units in the broader community. We work closely with clients to identify housing that fits their needs and support them through the application and transition process.

When funding is available, qualified individuals may receive partial assistance with security deposits, initial rent, or other housing-related costs. We also partner with landlords to help make accommodations that support long-term housing success. 

We operate a year-round Food Pantry, ensuring individuals and families have ongoing access to essential groceries. In addition, we periodically offer a Mobile Food Pantry that delivers food directly to those in urgent need. This emergency service, available on a limited basis, helps during times of crisis when other food resources are out of reach.

 The Swede Street Community is a safe and welcoming affordable housing initiative developed by the Ann Frances Outreach Foundation in Norristown. These residences provide stable, affordable homes for individuals and families, offering not just shelter but a true sense of community, dignity, and hope. 

Our Extended Outreach program supports individuals who have experienced long-term homelessness or face ongoing barriers to stable housing. We provide personalized, one-on-one guidance to understand your unique story and goals, building trust and offering tailored support every step of the way. From securing housing to connecting you with vital services—or simply being a consistent presence—our mission is to ensure you feel seen, valued, and never alone.
